We are thrilled that you want to share your talent with us. This festival celebrates carnatic musical traditions and welcomes performers of all skill levels.

Accompanist Information
Are you bringing your own accompanists?
Sangeetalahari Team is putting together a database of accompanists that will be shared with you after registration. You can coordinate directly with those accompanists for rehearsals and other logistics for the event performance.
Time Slot Window Selection
You can select to perform in one of the 2-hour Time Slot Windows that are still available. The actual time slot that you will perform will fall in this 2-hour window and will be assigned when you pre-check-in for the event. Pre-check-in is 30 minutes preceding each Time Window. Example pre-check-in for 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM window is between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM.

Enter the duration of your performance in minutes (minimum 5, maximum 15).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Registration closes on Jan 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM
- All performers must arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled time slot for pre-check-in
- By registering, you agree to our Code of Conduct
- Performance slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
- The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust time slots if necessary
- You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of registration
